“Building a culture of wellness at Intuit has been a continuous journey with many great partners that help integrate our wellness strategies,” said Sarah Lecuna, benefits program manager. “These strategies help reduce individual risk and cost over time, using onsite and virtual programs that encourage and engage employees to make healthy choices, as well as a workplace that provides an environment that supports behavior change. Thanks also goes to our employees for their partnership. It’s employees who take an active role in their health that make the programs successful.”
