Why Are Customers Important?

I made this video to express the importance of customers in any business. At the end of the day customers are storytellers and it is critical to make that positive first impression that will keep them repeat customers. Without customers, you only have a product or service. With customers you have a business that can grow.

    Troy – how about you take 5 minutes away from baseball and martial arts and tell your Quicken and Quicken bill pay technical support staff to answer the phone is less than 15 minutes. Then actually answer and solve a question about Quicken Premier2013 that you forced your customers to buy in order to continue to pay bills on line. i downloaded this version on April 29th and its May 16th. I still cant get an answer from anyone there on how to make this program work on my new laptop. I had to buy a new one because the last one crashed after i download hour software on line. I see expressions of frustration everywhere. NO ONE from Quicken is making any ever to help. You have a lot of nerve saying how important your customers are when no one is available to help.
